GREAT product, some great people, great customer service, wonderful HR team and a good benefit package, nice company car.. again great products with the right leadership could be a real force in the US market

Cons

The compensation is WAY below industry average. The company is structured produce mediocre results. Don’t wanna go too fast so they start paying bonus out at 98%. With a max of 15% of a low base. Add that to the low salary and you can quickly max your income out for the year. You just can’t make much. Interviewed for (3) different roles over the years. First time in 2008 and next in 2019 then 2020. In 12 years the salary was the same. It was significantly less than I made with the direct competitor in 2007. In a third of what I made with a direct competitor prior to interviewing. For the same job. Was told there was opportunities for raises in advancement after on board was told raises or 2 to 3 years with a max of 3% in very few advancement opportunities.
