A little to much "micro-managing" upper-management and extremely large workloads.

Decent pay, longevity can be expected by hourly employees, very casual environment with little drama.

Cons

Lacking investment in technology, US leaders limited in growth and responsibility by added layer of Japanese management, felt like a family run business where you constantly need to run the smallest decisions through slow-to-respond members of the "family".

Pros

Good benefits, lots of independence, Not a lot of paperwork and good support from co workers. A good product to that is easy to sell if you know what you are doing. Decent training and unique opportunities to work on some interesting events and good co workers. A fun job if money is not too important in your life. Solid company.

Cons

A cross of outside sales and inside sales with some retail thrown in. It's an entry level salary which is low, and starts to feel like a dead end job because there aren't many opportunities for advancement. Additionally raises are non existent without a promotion which as I said are few and far between. Bonus structure is confusing and bonuses are fairly low as well.
