Good benefits. Great people. Plenty of work. One of the best power tool companies, if not THE BEST, in the industry.

Cons

Management. They are old and need to be updated.

Pros

- Autonomy, at least at the begining it was. - Good $$ if you're on pace/plan (I mostly was) - Great product (they make excellent power tools) - Car, demo tools, expense account, work from home; all the good sales job perks

Cons

I don't even know where to start on this. - "90% of your time on job sites"; Distribution writes POs not the josites; Own the end user is very important, other companies have dedicated teams, (DeWalt, Milwaukee), that do this and let the IC guys forge strong RLATIONSHIPS with their dealers - "anti-IC Distributor" stance is distgusting; the market share is terrible and you increase by getting on shelves - Fear culture instilled by upper management are common to middle management and down the chain to the field.

Very international in terms of production capacities and sales. Therefore great opportunities for knowledge and experience acquisition on the international business scene. Easy access to senior management.

Cons

Too risk averse at times - takes too much for a good idea to be implemented. Payment is moderate.
