Pros

Great benefits. Vacation time, personal time and amount of holidays paid are great. Overall a lot of great people to work with.

Cons

Management that doesn't know how to run a Customer Service department. They talk to employees in a disrespectful and degrading manor. No sense of how a Customer Service Department should be run because the leads and supervisors don't know how to perform the employees day to day duties. Which means they cant train properly. Don't except a position in Customer Service at Makita.

Freedom to work your area as you see fit.

Cons

Having short sighted middle managers looking over your shoulder constantly trying to change direction. They have no training programs about their products. The amount of useless paperwork that goes nowhere and is not used in the future is mind boggling.
