Pros

Excellent products They really put the most effort in the products that they make. Good customer service. Good holiday schedule.

Cons

Management simply does not care any concerns are issues you have they are going to ignore them. The pay is excessively low. Communication with upper management does not exist. Makita is a cut to the bone bottom line company sometimes they make it really difficult just to get the basics to do the job.

Great place to work for the flexibility of schedule. Not alot of paperwork and not very fast paced. Good people to work with.

Cons

Upper management tends towards favoritism when shake-ups happen, which is frequent. Not very competitive pay scale.
