It's especially rewarding to want to help this company succeed because the people at it are honest, hard working people with great integrity. No one is ever micromanaging me -- they believe in me and that has helped my career growth tremendously. - Amazing benefits. The best healthcare benefits I've had so far at any job. Certain services are covered fully so I don't have to pay anything. I appreciate this. - Flexibility to help everyone balance work/life in their schedule. This is outstanding and something most companies don't care to do. I work in NYC even though the company is based in Virginia and I'm able to have the flexibility I need to pursue my other interests outside of work and have a full life. - They really care about people. - They have an incredible reputation with clients + partners because of the integrity of their work.
