Boring industry trying to be cool without innovation

- There is no innovation or interest in doing so - Managers have no idea how to treat employees right - Some managers are quick to blame - There is a very complicated way to doing our job, to many hoops to jump through in order ti accomplish our day to day - They were acquired by Finastra and the insurance offerings are very expensive - There are several people in upper management that are highly incompetent so there has been a mass exodus of great people - When people leave, they get the stink eye from managers and make people feel miserable their last two weeks - Many more details that I will spare in order to protect myself - Salaries are below the market value
