Have a career path for these people to move from BDRâs to junior Account Executives still doing some hunting aligning them with a Sr sales executives they will train them. Losing great talent. Focus on service! Salesâ needs referable accounts and evangelical clients. Acquisitions probably caused some challenges. Trainers need on Salesforce.
