Pros

This is an awesome place to work. It's one of those places where you work hard play hard. Plenty of great people with good attitudes. Benefits all revamped... Cutting edge technology with monthly training and ongoing innovation contests. Ping Pong, Pool, workout rooms, Xbox etc No set office hours

Cons

I gained 6 lbs from all of the food which is brought in.

Small company so you are able to make a difference.

Cons

Not an innovative company. They rely on customers to partner (pay) for roadmap development. Company is focused on growing so they can be acquired for a good price.
