Pros

Great people and culture at Malauzai. Everyone is easy to get along with and they have a good management team. They also value life work balance. The work is interesting, challenging and fast paced. Malauzai is stable and has a proven business model. They have free snacks and drinks as well as free lunch on Fridays. Standard medical and dental insurance.

Cons

The office used to be loud, but it's much better since expanding the company to another floor.

Pros

I have been working at Malauzai for almost a year now, and I could't be happier with the environment and the management. Managers are in touch, and really value your opinions. I have had no problems expressing concerns with higher management, and feel like I am able to preform my job to the best of my abilities.

Cons

Parking can be challenging if you arrive late

Pros

There are so many great things about this job. Relatively flexible work schedule, very innovative, and a relaxed work environment. The company is smaller, so there is a lot of room to help make changes quick. I love my job, and love my coworkers. I have become friends with several of my coworkers, and everyone there is pretty genuine. The company wants their employees to be happy, and are willing to invest in your life both personally and professionally. I plan to be working at this company for years to come!

Cons

Truly there aren't many cons to this job. It's hard work, and it's very much a self starter mentality there. Personally I love that environment, but it's not for everyone. You will work hard, and possibly more hours than your typical corporate job, but we typically don't mind both because we love our job, and they do so much for us. If you are a structured work environment type of person this may be a struggle of a transition. The casual work environment is adjustment for some.
