Pros
Free snacks & drinks. Most people are ok. That I'm outta there!
Cons
Poor management. They are all over the place strategically and tactically. Most of the directors haven't a clue about what they're doing and it shows. Unhappy customers. Never a good sign. Low salary compared to market. High burn rate and lack of revenue paints a pretty gloomy picture. Especially when your customer sat is in the basement.
