Always busy and racing for time

Have experienced power harrassment from Japan MD - about 12 incidents over the course of 2 months, which I documented and reported to regional HQ. Was forced to quit involunatarily instead of proper follow-up. Initial contract arrangements on flextime were never kept by the company - it is the culture of (typical for Japan) presenteeism and you are required to be in the office from 10am to 6pm, not just for core time. Beyond that, I witnessed a number of things so appalling I still vividly remember after a more than a year (I list them in "advice for management). They should have never taken place in a properly managed global company.
