Great company with above and beyond benefits. Free Lunch, gym, barber and more. Fun work environment with management that actually cares about the employees and their happiness.

Pros

I love the people at work. I love how the management is very down to earth, friendly, and for the most part outgoing. The culture and atmosphere make the whole experience of working at Malouf. Sam, the CEO is one of the coolest, most humble guys i know - and believe me, i know a lot of cool/humble guys. I love the free lunch, the gym is awesome and i love that we have showers here.

Cons

The only down side is that i have to clock in and out because i am not on salary. Think about it though, that is the only con at this place. I love this place.

Honest, fair and fun environment. Many perks are involved with employment. Management is supportive and flexible to employee's needs. Provide opportunities to be promoted.

Cons

Depending on type of position applied for, entry pay for experienced candidate can be lower than average. Company has very few cons.
