A real career job in Cache Valley. Good pay for the valley, not micro-managed, and super fun culture. Gym in the building, free lunches, fun activities, no specific PTO rules, etc. The owner, Sam Malouf, is about as chill as you could get for a boss. Company is growing extremely fast so it is exciting to be apart of something big. For the record, myself, as well as many other people here have worked for the other big names in the valley. There is a reason people are flocking here.

- Daily lunch together as a company. The company chef and his team make meals that put other fancy restaurants in the valley to shame. We also have a cereal bar and smoothies. You will never work hungry again. - The full gym is accessible to employees 24/7. We also have a locker room, showers, and a steam room. - We are all given autonomy in our spheres to work hard, share our ideas and not worry about being micromanaged. - Awesome deals on the highest quality sleep and bedding products. - You become good friends with your co-workers as the people here are amazing. We have a company softball team, play basketball and volleyball every week, watch sporting events together at the office, go to demolition derbies to support our team car, etc. - We work 8am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and only work a half day on Friday. We don't work weekends.
