Business Outlook
Pros
It has started to feel more like the tight-knit community of old with the smaller workforce. The people that I work with are great and I enjoy working with them. There is still a sense of the culture of old here and I hope he can hang on to that.
Cons
With the recent down-sizing, the workload has increased pretty drastically in certain areas. There is optimism about the future, but there is still concern that things could turn and not work out. It's unsettling having that in the back of your mind. It's hard to picture future opportunities and growth within the organization right now.
