Management changes threaten company culture and revenue potential

Pros

Flexibility when working remotely (if you’re so lucky to not live within 35 miles of the office).

Cons

New management replacing folks who made the company what it is and turning it into Sophos. Account Managers will never hit their upsell quotas and likely churning revenue just by following the new mandated channel program. Essentially giving their commission to channel partners that really don’t bring the company any new business.

Pros

Good benefits, good work/life balance, very inclusive and accepting.

Cons

Unattainable quotas, no vision, lack of clear communication and expectations. Send like when mistakes are made no one can admit it and fix it. Nothing is done on time by leadership, they never hit their milestones which created even more uncertainty. Lackluster product offering, and core products don't compete in an enterprise scale. Always playing catch up, but never trend setting. Lack of vision and direction, will always be thought of the way it is now without real change!
