Pros

Great Design team, with a very down to earth CEO and staff. Phenomenal skill sharing between design staff. Data driven design with an excellent UX research team. Very reasonable deadlines and requests.

Cons

Some of the usual startup growing pains with re-organizations and repetitive pivoting of directions and goals. There is a bit of a lack of focus from management.

The benefits, such as unlimited PTO, and pay are top notch.

Cons

Unfortunately, this works with decisions at the top filtered down to the lower employees that are required to justify the decisions that were handed to them.

Some nice people there but this is true in any company

Cons

They lured me to join because they were supposedly going IPO. I am still waiting! They also were supposed to offer me a management position. It never happened. Too much politics in there, the RSD (who never held this position before) did not have a clue what he was doing. We had to go out there and sell some half developed products. I left not to impact my credibility further
