It's okay but for short term

Pros

-known company -development of it's own product -nice office -nice equipment of a workplace -international environment

Cons

-all teams are distributed, meetings and standups start from around 17o'clock and wrap up around 20-21 o'clock, could be later when you need to sync up with someone. Definetely a bad thing when you have a family. -a lot of indian team members and managers that are alocated in the US with their very special attitude and manner of work -restricted to work remotely from locations like China, Russia,Iran and some other contries due to US sanctions. -salary tends to be lower than can be asked on the market for the same job

Pros

nice office pre-covid, co-workers were good people to work with, good consumer product

Cons

micro-management, low pay, lots of favoritism (you better be an obedient puppet if you want to be liked and promoted). Sales leadership is very anti-WFH and loves to humiliate people in public. Toxic culture unless you are a favorite. Product cannot compete with true enterprise competitors...they need to stop trying to play in the big leagues and just be a consumer oriented company. They can't attract good product or engineers because the pay is so low so as a result, the product is not that great. CEO is very immature and impulsive. Not a good person outside the office either.

All around great company

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, work life balance. Cadence is good. Very open to letting you try new things and step out of your comfort zone. Most people are very friendly. Been adding a lot of new benefits lately (WFH stipend, 401k match immediate vesting, dash pass, etc). Upper management and executives are very transparent and keep you informed in which direction the company is moving. Excellent and modern suite of internal company tools and workflows.

Cons

Lots of unrefined and manual processes. Some people seem bothered by collaboration and teamwork/lots of introverts who don’t care to help others and just keep to themselves and their own work.
