Great product, bad culture

Free snacks Good people Bar in office

Cons

Cliquey, they don’t promote off work ethic or numbers. It’s all about who you know. Office politics, if you want to just put your head down and work this is a tough company to work for. Pay is low CFO is a problem. If you e ever worked on the other side of the register or in customer service, this guy isn’t going to resonate with you.

Don't work there unless you don't have a choice!

Still trying to think about some

Cons

Half cooked product which I was ashamed trying to position with my customers but still did (many basic features missing) Too much politics in our office (people criticizing each other, incompetent manager...) Targets unachievable Been lured into joining because the company was supposed to go IPO.. Still waiting. Salary was lower than the industry

Good place to get your feet wet for sales in tech

Pros

Good place to start your career in tech sales. Good name on your resume. Great people work here.

Cons

Good to place to get your start, but that's about it. Pay is below industry average, but not off by too much. You will probably have to learn on your own, not a structured training program. However, there are many people ( AE's and SDR's) willing to help you learn the ropes. It would be better if there was an actual structured plan for your growth and progression, but sadly there isn't. At some point you will be thrown under the bus for things out of your control and the lack of your progression.
