Great culture, super smart CTO, great mission, excellent co-workers.

Cons

I was let go without warning. No performance issues, etc. They simply said it was a business decision and this is an at-will state. This is all true, however, this is the first time I have ever been let go from a company with zero reason given. Exit was cold and quick.

-fully stocked breakroom and catered lunches -competitive compensation packages -company pays benefit premiums for employees 100% and 50-55% of dependent premiums

Cons

-need more transparency in upward movement. Salary is good, but would like to know how to further career. -some favoritism is apparent

Pros

Good benefits and really nice people. Office is decent and feeling of the office is very much a family. Good unlimited time off policy. I really enjoy working with many of the people I work with on a regular basis. Great work life balance. Great to be part of a company that is growing as fast as we are. CEO is very smart and when focused can be a great leader.

Cons

Definitely not top tier talent and it is very clear many senior people have position because of relationships and not skill. Very fast growing but that means weakness in leadership is showing more and more. Way too much focus on friends and partying then results or who is actually getting results. Pay is low to very low for most positions.
