      Pros

      You name it! All of the things I was looking for out of a career is here. Flexible schedule, time off to be with my family, competitive compensation, fun and laid back atmosphere, the list goes on. You really do feel like part of a family working here.

      Cons

      They are new, and thus working out the kinks of a growing, start-up like company. If you are not willing to get into the trenches and make a difference than maybe it wouldn't be a good fit. Work hard, provide your honest input, and there won't be any Cons.

      Pros

      -Warm and friendly team driven working environment. Company has stacked snack bar with fridge, and OTO policy! Management really supports any time off for personal/family issues that need to be resolved. Employees really do come first. -Upper management listens to employee's ideas and suggestions for improvement -Experienced + Intelligent Upper Management. Love my boss and the CEO. Note: CEO received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2014 Award in the Emerging category in Northern California.

      Cons

      -Pay needs to be increased! It is tremendously hard to live off of this wage, much lower compared to national average.. -Recently included a 401K plan, but the matching % is low. -Product releases are continuously delayed. -The company is still young. Give the company time and I expect them to be huge in five years. Potentially even bought by an established powerful security company.

      Salary for most everyone has been fixed to be at or above market pay Open PTO policy 'Work hard, play hard' environment Beer & root beer on tap A lot of food in the kitchen Amazing office location in downtown San Jose Department directors and executives make sure you feel valued BRIGHT future ahead of the company Low employee turnover rate

      Cons

      Delays, delays, delays...things get pushed back all the time. No 401(k) retirement plan as of January 2014.

We apologize for the delay in being able to implement this program, there were some things that needed to be put in place for us to effectively manage and implement this for everyone. I am happy to announce 401k was rolled out in July with a matching employer contribution.
