Pros

There are some great people still at Malwarebytes who care about what they are doing and want to do what's best for the company and their clients.

Cons

Leadership left over after the most recent layoffs are very unqualified for their positions. They have little to no previous experience in what they are responsible for building and managing on a daily basis and long term. With how many key people who were let go in revenue-generating departments it's hard to see a path forward for success.

There are still some smart and dedicated people working here

Cons

Upper management has been turned over multiple times. No clear direction. Lacking in synergy across departments. Initiatives are to cut costs anywhere possible to improve the bottom line numbers. Culture is becoming more toxic. Our products are rushed to market.

Nice office space and great product, but that's all. Work culture needs to improve to ensure a positive work environment

Company's culture needs to be improve to ensure positive work environment and not a hostile environment. If this changes employees will be much happier
