Pros

Great option for short term employment - about 1yr.

Cons

Poor work life balance resulting in quick burn out. Small company with no clear direction has been acquired and divested multiple times. Many employees leave before 8 months.

Upper management are sneaky and do not value the core values. They do not treat every employee the same as some employees walk on thin ice while certain employees can do anything they want. There is no real direction there.

Pros

Good pay is a pro, as is the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Disorganized for a highly regulated industry, no true training program (a lot of sink or swim mentality), this company probably a lot better for those who are in their first job (not all corporations are like this) and/or young and male. There are good reasons they have tremendously high turnover and it's not salary or benefits.
