- good benefits, lots of travelling and seeing new places, nice coworkers if you can a chance on a good team, company offers educational programs to build onto your role

Cons

- horrible management, Male managers in the U.S. demean female employees while leadership consistently ignores the behavior, high turnover of talented employees, management is disorganized, very poor communication, company acts like they are launching for the first time (poor organization of management), underpaid & over worked.. high demand of the job compared to other companies for the low salary (no negotiation room)
