Pros
Chance to make a difference in patient care. Helping to diagnose breast cancer is a rewarding position. Ability to interact with physicians as a true consultant/educator.
Cons
Extremely poor managment. Fly-by-wire approach. Over-zealous quotas on products that have had launch delays and then serious quality issues. Very few are performing well enough to make the money desired while more and more people resign each week/month. No one trusts management and their decision to promote people to RMs who had zero experience is a perfect example of their short-sightedness as those regions have highest turnover. Bottom-line- new company run by people who are out of touch with this market/business. They're just looking to sell it off and get out.
