Strong sense of camaraderie among NPD project team members. Everyone stepped in to wear multiple hats in order to meet intense deadline pressures.

Cons

Expectations from management were not always consistent with the proper process for completing regulatory-compliant projects. One got a sense of a company "trying to build the plane after takeoff." This isn't unusual for small companies in this industry, but can still be an intense stressor.
