Great opportunity to learn and grow if you are in the right place.

Cons

C Suite is lacking in capabilities to launch and manage a start up. Company has not started recovery from product launch misses and never re-groups with reality based plans versus commitments made to those who funded the venture.

Cons

Since becoming a part of the Leica Biosystems OpCo, it feels like being bought by a private equity firm that just wants to drain us for profits. Turnover is incredibly high as most of the previous leadership has jumped ship out of frustration, and the new leadership team: - Doesn't know anything about the products, the customers, the patients, or the company as a while - Refuses to listen to employee concerns - Wants to focus on short-term profits at the expense of the kind of long-term investment necessary to keep any med-device company relevant - Pretends not to notice the looming dangers that will sink the ship within the next 3 years if not addressed

Cons

To much focus on daily numbers/metrics and not actually taking care of what the root issue was. More about mapping out processes when issues didn’t need it and took longer to solve and take care of customers.
