Pros
a) Exposure to a variety of projects: At Management Solutions (MS) a great thing is that you will have the chance to work on different projects with completely different scopes. Since the company has grown to offer its services on many business lines (risk management, data management, process optimization, etc.) you will have the opportunity to learn a lot! especially if you are new out of college. Even though this experience may be challenging at the beginning, I believe that it is ultimately rewarding as it makes you gain essential skills required in the marketplace (communication, priorization, teamwork, problem solving, client management, etc.)
b) Fun and talented coworkers: People at the company come from literally everywhere (Spain, US, Colombia, Peru, Bangladesh, Mexico, Hong Kong) so that makes the work environment interesting. Talented folks with great skills, especially at the technical level.
c) Constant training & strong feedback culture: At MS employees receive constant training trough out the year. These are usually virtual classes that are given every month, the instructors are people from the firm with high expertise on the subject. These are applicable/practical training sessions (SAS, SQL, Risk Management, Accounting, etc.)
