      Pros

      They hire people with cero experience and offer a somewhat competitive salary for a recently graduated young person.

      Cons

      They will put that person in projects that have no relation to his or hers formation and expect them to perform. Projects are usually extremelly boring and tedious and will require insane amount of work time to get completed. Be prepared to work 12 hours a day.

      Staff is friendly, you are challenged, pay is decent for entry level

      Cons

      Poor communication habits amongst management, company training almost irrelevant to projects, team seemed too busy to train or offer guidance, working from home (due to covid) amplified all of these issues. I was unbearably stressed every day.
