      Pros

      The UK office does have some diversity although there is a high concentration of Spaniards. All non management employees are genuinely nice people

      Cons

      The company lie about the roles they offer from the outset. During my tenure a few people were hired as consultants and we essentially outsourced as admin staff to Santander (their only UK client). Working hours are unnecessarily long and work is very menial. Very hard to get time off to interview for other roles so all in all unemployment is a safer bet.

      Great career opportunity. Learn a lot , helpful colleagues and very good opportunities for travelling.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance is affected but is usual in consulting firms.
