      Pros

      Great coworkers, always willing to help each other.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Micromanaging leadership. Unsafe rations. Leadership never has the staffs backs, they lie and will start problems between coworkers. Very unfair pay. The hospital ran much better and actually cared about staff and patients when Tom McDougal was the CEO.

      Pros

      Most of the staff in the ER are appreciative and kind.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, even working third shift. Worked 60 hours every other week which fell on separate pay periods.
