Pros

Benefits are good. Always able to pick up hours, never has enough staff working. Coworker are the best part of my job.

Cons

Needs updated equipment. Management is a joke, doesn't listen to their employees. Injured on job, on light duty with full patient load. Grow you own is held by management, good luck switching units now. Patient ratios are high 5 or 6 patients a night RN, 20 patients 1 PCS.
