Stay away from the ER

Pros

Good teamwork with the nurses on the floor, has to be due to the patient load and lack of help. Benefits great.

Cons

Lots of favoritism shown to certain people that are "besties" with the director. No accountability for poor behavior and lack of professionalism is tolerated. They change your schedule and shifts you are hired to work- hired for 7a-7p don't be surprised if your scheduled for 9-9 or 11-11. Weak charge nurses and head director doesn't care, you don't see him at all.
