Pros

convenience of location, management on my unit was good, and I enjoyed helping people who were sick or injured during their stay

Cons

Nurses seemed unmotivated, delegated most duties, hung out at the nurses station the majority of the time and physically it was a very demanding job. I was injured on the job repositioning a patient.
