Pros

My unit manager was so nice, friendly staff. Food truck twice a week at 1 am!

Cons

Only 1 CNA (75% of the time) for 30+ patients on post op ortho floor - nights, and no unit assistant.

Pros

The IS department at Manatee Memorial Hospital is top notch. They work together to solve problems for their end users with respect for each other in the forefront. As helpdesk support I also had the chance to speak with users throughout the main hospitals and other facilities where our team provided support. I found that the teamwork attitude ran throughout the organization. MMH does promote from within when an opening is available and their pay grade is on average for the area. They do offer some compensation for school where appropriate.

I did not find any cons while working at MMH.
