Pros

Parking lot has a nice view of the water.

Cons

Every shift - I suffered and observed bullying and mistreatment by other nurses/management as well as the mistreatment of resident doctors by attending physicians. The staff is overworked and severely underpaid. Subtleties of patient presentations were often over looked/missed due to the toxic work environment. I would never step foot in this facility as a patient let alone ever consider a job with this facility again. If you care about your mental health - stay away!
