Cons

One potential challenge is the time difference between the headquarters in Barcelona and the main offices in the United States, which can sometimes make communication a bit more complex. However, with the company’s ongoing expansion, this is gradually improving as we continue to grow. Currently, we have 45 stores in the U.S., and operating hours have been extended to enhance customer service and provide additional support for employees within the organization.
