      The staff across all levels and disciplines are dedicated and caring! One of my favorite things about MBC is the level of collaboration across disciplines, everyone wants the best for each student and works together to ensure their success.

      Got better every day

      Pros

      The training and supervision I receive at MBC has made me a better therapist with a greater understanding of the field. I feel better prepared each week and I did not receive much training or mentorship at my previous jobs.

      Cons

      Most days fly by but some days can be very very hard

      Gives supervision to ABA Therapists seeking supervision Upward mobility for ABA Therapists & BCBAs Good salary/benefits

      Cons

      Children do have some behavioral challenges but also gives the staff opportunities to learn had to work with these behaviors
