      Pros

      -Lots of support with multiple layers of supervision -Frequent cotreats across disciplines -Care for the children and use of strengths-based approach -Ability to move up in the company -Staff development and training frequently -Willingness of administration to meet with staff -Willingness of administration to take staff feedback

      Can sometimes have students with behaviors, but there is a crisis team available to help

      Pros

      they pay well, but they have to since there is such a high turnover rate.

      Cons

      There are so many. Management will lie to and gaslight you. If you are not part of the elite cliques, you will not receive your hours of supervision. Staff was always getting hurt since they were crammed with children in small spaces. Therapists (about 20-25 at any given time) are crammed into a 2-bedroom apartment, and management took over 1 of the bedrooms.
