      Unfortunately there aren’t really any pros about the organization to comment on, rather only on the great children we work with

      Cons

      Unfortunately I can write a laundry list of cons: unsustainable work loads, requesting “flexibility” when demands are unreasonable including working with unfamiliar students with no notice, little prep breaks, no office area. There is no support from higher ups rather continuous gaslighting despite constant feedback, the conditions are unsafe in moments of crisis and supervisors do not assist with student behaviors even in times of need. Unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      The kids and commrodery with coworkers. Good health insurance/high pay(but not worth it)

      Cons

      Management is so horrible. I cant express their lack of appreciation to frontline staff. As others said, building is in horrible condition with frequent construction and only one staff bathroom. You'll hear alot about what youre doing wrong, but will never hear a "good job" ever. MBC used to be a great company and has drastically declined in the past 4 years of being here to just another money hungry ABA center. Also once you put in your notice be prepared to be treated like garbage before you even walk out of the door.

      Pros

      Some of the best trainers and senior supervisors I have ever been mentored by. Really helped set me up for my career.

      Cons

      Hard days with work that had to sometimes be completed at home. No "quiet" days.
