Zero communication..This company never is proactive , always reactive. Always understaffed and poorly organized.Very poor growth potential in your career,but if your looking for a job creative,poor growth and highly disorganized this is the place for you.

Half days on Fridays Hybrid….if your manager allows it Good insurance Coworkers have been great

Cons

Middle management is appalling. Complaints have been brought up to HR AND upper management regarding this one manager and they rather see people transfer out of the department or flat out quit. HR will spend more time trying to figure out who left this review than addressing the real issue.

Low pay Terrible corporate culture Holiday bonus of 200$ Outdate codebase Supporting application where no one actually has the source code. No remote work options, expects you to drive in when it's risking you safety to do so.
