Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you get off early on Friday's. Employee's get to leave early the day before a holiday.

Cons

The Management Staff in Health Care Acquisition is real joke. This company only gives you 1 thirty min lunch break. The Management Staff spends more time investing time into petty issue than actually time required to train employee's how to be successful in the current position. The training would be a lot better if they give you book and tell you to read the book. They have a trainer that has no plan of action and the training is typically what ever the trainer wants to teach that day which basically is nothing. If this company calls you for a interview, I suggest you run, unless you like stress and a petty management team. The benefits suck the insurance is over priced.

Pros

The company provides learning and growth opportunities to those who are willing to put in the work.

Cons

Of course everyone is going to say pay, but put in the work and you shall get paid.

Pros

Alternating early Fridays, off on weekends.

Cons

Very busy, not enough employees to handle the work load. You are not looked at as a person but just a seat filler who constantly needs to answer phones. Everything is timed from the time you clock in to the time you leave. You can not exceed a certain amount of break time, regardless if you have to use the restroom, make a quick phone call, or just over all need a break and fresh air. They will hound you and make a note of you being even 1 minute late because you are not a human being and you are not allowed to ever be late. Working there was like jail almost, except you get to leave at the end of the day. If you desperately need a job then of course go ahead and apply but you will be miserable until you find something else. Everything needs to be changed with this company. I do not recommend.
