The good employees who do their job are overworked and overlooked; Management could do better; The annual raises could be more.

Competitive benefits, good location, reasonable pay, fellow employees, security on site, free parking, generally okay for short term work or entry level employees.

Cons

No training, no promotions, bright or long term employees actively discouraged, middle management and above are extremely homogeneous.
