Pros

Awesome work schedule- half day Fridays No micro-managing Relaxed environment Open-door policy Care about employees-even on a personal level. Christmas bonus. Celebrates many occasions; provides lunch for all employees. Birthday recognition. Yearly raise. Really nice CEO.

Cons

Wages could be better. Not everybody is as friendly (but that's everywhere). HR could be better.
