Pros

-Work schedule -Extremely relaxed atmosphere, but this also comes with the feeling that you are worth nothing.

Cons

- Racist Manager - Employees who lack motivation - Horrible pay - way below national average - Bad HR - Nothing ever takes off from the ground (eg. company wellness program) - No set procedures - everyone has a different idea of the way things are done, which makes things very complicated when upper management decides to get involved. - Very high turnover rate, especially among the younger, more educated employees. - No culture

Pros

Work timings are good - half day Fridays

Cons

Everything other than the schedule Horrible pay The HR is just incompetent No value for hardworking employees, thereby no motivation factors No respect for each other Lack of respect for women in some departments and in the upper management levels Very high turnover rate, but the management does not care. I am sure there are many other problems that I can't think of at the moment.

Cons

Limited professional growth opportunities, deficient training programs, below-average pay than in the insurance industry.
