Nice people around always willing to help you.

Cons

No incentive for workers that go the extra mile. No communication with management. No health programs for employees to help them to eat healthy, lose weight and/or quit smoking. Advancement opportunities are nonexistent.

Cons

Little to no training and high turnover for some entry level positions but that is probably expected.
