Good Company But Couldn't See Myself There Too Long

Pros

The onboarding and HR were so helpful. It was a great experience the whole way through. Great activities and the company treated the employees to events, It's fun in that sense. You also leave early on Friday's but work about 8 and a half hours Mon-Thu to complete your 40 hours by the week. Also the health insurance was AMAZING!

Cons

Could not see myself there long-term. A lot of people came and went in my time there. If you're happy there, more power to you. But it is a very mundane job. It is insurance. It's nothing on the company's side it's just the nature of the job. Thankful for my time there but I could only last the 14 or so months I was there. Also pay was very low but it probably matches the work we did. I suggest working here for a year or so and constantly applying elsewhere. I also heard they laid people off. Again, its a very comfy job but the pay makes you not be happy. At least that was my case. Got to take the cons with the pros.

Pros

By the time I left I'm not sure I could find any pros except for being able to take PTO as needed.

Cons

Contacted consistently while on PTO. Employees pitted against each other. No work life balance. Low pay, far under market value. Merit increases mainly non existent to keep team members from leaving. Incredibly stressful environment. I realized once I left and joined a new company how poorly this company is managed and how badly employees are treated.
