Pros

WFH 2 days a week, half Friday’s, many holidays off, easy work, good benefits.

Cons

Extreme favoritism/unprofessionalism in the WK/Individual department. The team leads/supervisors are older women who are petty, insecure, and jealous of the younger women in the office. They will act like your friend and the second you leave, they will talk bad about you. They will try to find any reason to get you fired if they don’t like you. I was followed, micromanaged, and had a group chat made about me on the company’s communication app because of the jealousy. These women were coming in early & leaving later just to keep track of me. They make personal issues into work related ones. They breached company guidelines and began harassing me. I was the top processor and contributed too much to the team for them to rightfully fire me. HR has gotten many complaints about them but they never had any disciplinary action. The main manager was fired but the other 5 women who were involved had no consequences but a slap on the hand. If you can stay to yourself, be quiet, be a yes man, and do what you’re told without questioning the decision of management, you might stay.

Pros

There are many amazing employees and working as a team was encouraged.

Cons

It changed to make you feel like you are going to be punished if you are caught talking to someone. It started out feeling like a family then went to having to be a robot.

Pros

Half day fridays and some coworkers

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, blocks career growth, blatant lying, intimidation. This place is eager to keep people in a box with no growth or decent compensation for their own benefit. Legal will lie and intimidate you until they can fire you. Managers and Directors will sabotage other departments and positions just to get ahead and they will never promote you. Only if you are pretty or liked by an exec. The company is also doing extremely well financially and are still paying under market by 40%. Please run and if you work here apply somewhere else. You will automatically get paid more, work less, and be seen as a human being. Lastly this place has major racial discrimination undertones, you will not feel comfortable here and you will not be promoted based on skill or credentials. Be a yes man, be a certain look, be ready to destroy others and you will fit right in.
