Pros

The level of support that comes from your fellow workers is like a family business. People want to see you do well and they want to perform the best they can. Customer experience is the key factor now.

Cons

I had to share my knowledge and train others to do my job and after a few months I was dismissed. The mid management is struggling to balance they way things were done before with how corporate wants it done now. Everything is done with some form of metric to measure performance and production. I see that customer service suffered do to the metric based way of doing things.

Pros

People are so nice here. They are willing to guide the new colleagues and teach. Also the works are exciting. Nice cafeteria.

Cons

Shorter meeting would be much better. Sometimes a meeting lasts for 2 or 3 hours so it is hard to concentrate on the meeting after 1 hour ....

DSC offers a fair pay scale with excellent health and 401K benefits. Relaxed work atmosphere. Transparent senior management style is refreshing.

Cons

As in most companies, communication between senior management could be improved. Inconsistency in middle management styles can be confusing for subordinates..
