Progression is good, very helpful individuals. Opportunities happen often to build your experience in what ever role you take onboard.

Cons

You need to know what you want in order to push forward in your career but make sure you can handle to work as you can become swapped.

It is always encouraging to hear positive accounts of the progression on offer, though I do take on board your comment about individuals having to have a clear idea of what they want in order to push forward. While I agree that a clear direction can be helpful, I do not believe anyone should be held back by not knowing how they would like to progress. Our business must support all colleagues, which is just one of the reasons we launched a weekly programme across our Manpower branches for teams to focus on their personal and professional development. The feedback has been really positive so far and we continue to invest in tools that will help all colleagues discover their personal best.

Had many roles through Martin that suited me perfectly but he left the company some time while I was working

Cons

After Martin left the local Manpower the service became less helpful or suitable to me and I keep receiving emails regarding positions miles away!

easy work mindless work good friendly people to work with good way to get into the business of attain you first co-op their requirements are very minimal ability to get acquainted with some of their clients and get jobs with them later on

Cons

the pay is very low, almost insulting the work is very far from city very little opportunity to grow or gain much from the experience taking a sick day is equivalent to murder
